We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Food Runners to join the team at Annabel’s, one of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs and part of The Birley Clubs, on a fixed-term contract from September to January.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Annabel’s team during a special period as the Club prepares for a takeover, working alongside an exceptional Front of House and Kitchen team to deliver the high standards of service for which Annabel’s is renowned.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square spans 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have created an outstanding collection of menus, cocktails and wine lists, delivering unforgettable dining experiences in one of London’s most spectacular hospitality destinations.
As a Food Runner, you will play an integral role in supporting both the Front of House and Kitchen teams, ensuring food is delivered promptly, accurately and to the exceptional standards expected by our Members and their guests. Working closely with Waiters, Chefs and the wider team, you will help create a seamless dining experience while developing your knowledge and skills within one of London’s most prestigious private members’ clubs.
We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who
- Have previous experience as a Food Runner, Commis Waiter or in a similar Front of House role within a high-quality restaurant, private members’ club or luxury hotel (preferred but not essential)
- Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Thrive in a fast-paced and high-quality hospitality environment
- Take pride in their presentation, organisation and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a professional team
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Are eager to develop their knowledge of food, wine and luxury hospitality
- Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Are available to commit to the full September to January fixed-term contract
