An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly analytical and strategic CRM Analyst to join our team at The Birley Clubs based in Mayfair, London. The Birley Clubs operate some of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, George, Harry’s Bar and Bath & Racquets Club. The Birley Clubs have created a paradise of sophistication, unparalleled quality, and service in the heart of Mayfair.
As CRM Analyst you will play an instrumental role in driving data-led decision-making across the member journey. From acquisition and onboarding to retention and loyalty using advanced analytics to power segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle optimisation. As the CRM Analyst, you will be delivering business benefit and improving our member experience, reporting to the Head of CRM & Member Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct deep-dive analyses into member behaviour, preferences, and engagement across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Build and maintain robust segmentation models to support targeted communications and personalised experiences.
- Develop predictive models to identify at-risk members, forecast churn, and highlight re-engagement opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to support CRM campaigns, member lifecycle strategy, event targeting, and retention efforts.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Membership, Events, and Digital teams to translate insights into strategies and campaigns.
- Work with internal and external data sources to create a holistic view of members.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track CRM KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Champion data quality, governance, and CRM best practices across the business.

Skills & Experience:- 4+ years of experience in a CRM, customer insights, or marketing analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory); experience with Python a plus.
- Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and campaign analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills – ability to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury, membership-based, or lifestyle sectors preferred.
