We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team of our stunning private members’ club Annabel’s, 46 Berkeley Square, part of The Birley Clubs. Annabel’s at 46 Berkeley Square covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar salon. A team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists have designed an outstanding array of menus, cocktail and wine lists. Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to be part of one of London’s most renowned private members’ clubs.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise revenue opportunities
- Lead by example with a hands-on, positive, and professional approach
- Deliver consistently exceptional service to Members and their guests
- Manage the restaurant floor effectively, ensuring high standards and well-trained teams
- Oversee service delivery to ensure each shift runs seamlessly
- Handle Member feedback and complaints professionally and proactively
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Maître d’, and Bar teams to ensure strong communication across departments
- Support senior management in developing and growing the business
- Contribute ideas to enhance the Member experience and encourage repeat visits
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a private members’ club or high-end restaurant environment (highly desirable)
- Proven experience in a premium, guest-facing hospitality setting (essential)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate personal presentation and excellent communication skills
- A proactive team player with strong administrative ability
- Experience supporting management teams in business development
