We are looking for a brilliant Bartender to join our vibrant team at The Bird, Bath, as we step into an exciting new chapter with The Bird Grill. This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of a busy bar, enjoys chatting with guests and knows how to make every drink feel like part of the occasion. From beautifully balanced cocktails on the terrace to pairing drinks with our flame-fired menu and creating a lively Friday atmosphere around Tomahawk Fridays, you will be right at the heart of the guest experience.

As Bartender, what will you be doing?
- Create and serve cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks with confidence and flair
- Bring warmth and personality to every guest interaction, making people feel welcome from their first drink to their last
- Recommend drinks to complement our grill-led menu, seasonal dishes and premium steak experiences
- Help bring the atmosphere to life during busy services, terrace sessions and Tomahawk Fridays
- Showcase your cocktail and drinks knowledge while contributing ideas to keep our bar offering exciting
- Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness and service standards
- Support with opening and closing the bar, stock rotation and stock management
- Follow all health, safety and responsible service requirements and work closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
