What you’ll be doing
- Supporting service across our restaurant, terrace, bar, private events, and dining domes.
- Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping create a relaxed but memorable guest experience.
- Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to keep service smooth and full of energy.
- Helping set up, clear down and keep our spaces looking sharp.
- Bringing ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the team.
- Making sure guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, casual dining or fine dining is great – but personality matters as much. If you enjoy working with people, we can teach you the rest.
