Key Responsibilities
- Master of all trades: support guests and team members, answer queries, resolve problems, and anticipate what is round the corner.
- Comfortable with admin: use all hotel systems and produce and share collateral for the hotel as needed.
- Hands‑on help: spot rota problems, sign for deliveries, assist with busy check‑ins, serve dishes in the restaurant, and prepare cocktails—all in one day.
- Management duties: oversee the team and help departmental managers provide the best service we can without compromising our standards.
