As Receptionist what you’ll be doing:
- Working a variety of weekend and weekday shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure
- Part‑time role - 3 days, 24 hours per week
- Take care of the finer detail with check‑ins, check‑outs, preparing bills and taking payments
- Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues
- Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
- Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer‑based work
