This boutique hotel has been given plenty of pizzazz by its experienced hotel owners. With a re‑launched restaurant and exciting alfresco dining terrace, launched in Spring 2023, The Bird is entering a new chapter, focusing on repositioning itself as one of the go‑to sun‑trap dining spots in Bath!

As Receptionist what you’ll be doing:

  • Working a variety of weekend and weekday shifts you will be the personality our guests experience on arrival and departure
  • Part‑time role - 3 days, 24 hours per week
  • Take care of the finer detail with check‑ins, check‑outs, preparing bills and taking payments
  • Show our guests we care throughout their stay by answering queries and resolving issues
  • Show off your knowledge of our hotel and all it has to offer so you can help our guests and perhaps offer a little upsell too
  • Take care of the admin – When you’re not face to face with our guests you’ll be on the phone, emails or doing other computer‑based work
