As Head Receptionist, what you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of this vital, full-time 48-hour per week role; bringing your experience and sense of fun, creating a positive experience for both guests and your team
  • Ensuring you and the Reception team are prepared for every shift with faultless hotel knowledge through training and upskilling
  • Set an example for all team members at our hotel as you demonstrate the very best of guest service, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Show your passion for our guests\' experience, ensuring all operational aspects are communicated and fulfilled, whether it be special occasions, requirements, or VIP guests
  • Champion new projects to improve the reception team and wider hotel team experience while always focusing on the development of our guest journey
  • Maximize revenue and occupancy at every occasion demonstrating your management ability at all times
  • Take responsibility for managing your team, overseeing financial responsibilities as a manager, and fulfilling all health and safety requirements
