As Head Chef, what you’ll be doing:

  • Be the leader of our Brigade in this hands-on Head Chef role.
  • This is an opportunity to work closely with the senior management team here to put your stamp on our restaurant and continue to enrich our reputation.
  • Take ownership of menus for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner as well as new and interesting challenges including our outside Dining Dome menu and catering for in-house functions (not to mention staff food too!).
  • You’ll be in a fun, zesty location so you will need to be a Head Chef who can effectively manage a team of chefs and kitchen porters to ensure the best service is provided while maintaining industry standards.
  • Finally, you will be leading with passion and working closely with your fellow senior managers. That means creating your rotas in good time, managing hygiene standards, controlling food costs and taking care of stock orders.
