As Chef de Partie what you’ll be doing:
- Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes
- Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden at Homewood Hotel with its delicious seasonal produce
- Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
- Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too
