We're looking for an experienced Senior Medical Writer to support a growing medical communications team across multiple therapy areas and channels. This role would suit someone with a strong background in Publications writing, Medical Affairs materials, multichannel content, or a combination of these, and who is confident working in a client-facing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Writing and reviewing content for scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)
- Developing medical education and multi-channel materials (congress reports, symposia, training materials)
- Creating social media posts, banner ads, and digital content for medical audiences
- Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years working in a medical communications agency setting
- Background in either publications writing, medical affairs materials or promotional
- Experience in oncology, immunology, and/or cardiovascular disease areas
- Ideally client facing
Contractual details:
- ASAP start
- Must be available 3+ days per week
- Outside IR35 (for UK candidates)
