The Bio Collective are partnering with a healthcare communications agency that helps life-science and healthcare organisations turn complex scientific information into clear, accurate, and engaging communications for professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support in elevating their medical affairs impact through science-driven, data-enabled communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Medical Affairs omnichannel and external engagement strategies across the product lifecycle, with a focus on Global and US markets.
- Develop and implement omnichannel Medical Affairs communication strategies from pre-launch to post-launch.
- Use data and analytics for audience segmentation, insights, and program optimisation.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report on impact.
- Serve as primary client contact, presenting recommendations and fostering strong partnerships.
- Collaborate across medical, evidence, creative, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor junior team members in best-practice strategic communication.
Experience & Skills
- 6+ years in healthcare/pharma strategic communications or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and US regulatory environment.
- Experience using data, analytics, and behaviour-change methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
