The Bio Collective are partnering with a global life sciences company that researches and develops innovative therapies for patients. The organisation focuses on advancing scientific understanding and translating research into medicines that improve quality of life for patients with high unmet medical needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global strategic publication plans for products in the pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end publication lifecycle including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to plan and deliver high-quality scientific communications.
- Ensure all publications meet industry guidelines and uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity, transparency, and ethics.
- Provide expert guidance on publication strategy, good publication practice, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and external vendors (e.g., medical writing agencies) to ensure efficient delivery.
- Maintain strong scientific expertise in the therapeutic area and monitor the competitive and research landscape.
- Measure the impact of publications to optimise engagement with scientific audiences.
- Contribute to improving scientific communications processes, systems, and best practices across the organisation.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external authors to support effective scientific dissemination.

Contractual Details:
- 0.6 - 0.8 FTE (3 - 4 days per week)
