We are partnering with a leading global life sciences consultancy that supports pharmaceutical and biotech organisations with market access, health economics, and evidence generation strategies across the product lifecycle. They are seeking an experienced HEOR Consultant / HTA Statistician to support a range of projects focused on advanced analytics and evidence synthesis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct advanced evidence synthesis projects including network meta-analyses (NMAs), indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs), mixed treatment comparisons (MTCs), and pairwise meta-analyses.
  • Design and execute statistical analyses across clinical trial and real-world data, including survival analyses, utility analyses, and regression-based methodologies.
  • Develop and review systematic literature review outputs, feasibility assessments, network diagrams, and assessments of study heterogeneity.
  • Apply advanced quantitative methodologies such as MAICs, simulated treatment comparisons, meta-regression, surrogate outcome assessment, and single-arm trial analyses where appropriate.
  • Contribute to methodological innovation, thought leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives within advanced analytics and evidence synthesis.

Ideal Experience:

  • Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience delivering HTA, evidence synthesis, or advanced analytics projects within a consultancy or CRO.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical software/tools; specifically, R, Python, SAS, WinBugs, Stata, etc.

Contractual Details:

  • 5 days per week (flexible)
  • ASAP Start
  • Remote working across the UK and Europe
  • 6 months contract (high potential to extend)
  • Outside IR35 where applicable (for UK-based contractors)
