About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage and run PPC and SEO campaigns, website content and design, analyse data, and create content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a creative eye for design, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Along with Directors, develop and execute the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan
  • Identify and target key audiences effectively
  • Manage day-to-day marketing spend within the agreed budgets for the best possible benefit of the business
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, using a full range of online tactics including social media, SEO and PPC (Google Adwords, GA4 and Bing)
  • Develop and manage website content
  • Prepare all marketing copy and collateral
  • Manage photography of projects to ensure we have the best possible imagery for marketing collateral and online content
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns
  • Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity and produce reports for the Directors

What we're looking for

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2+ years’ digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience planning and running SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • A creative eye for design, with working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Experience in a B2B environment, ideally within construction or the built environment
  • Experience managing website content via WordPress
  • Wider Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Illustrator) or Canva
  • Email marketing and CRM experience

What we offer

  • Salary of £40,000 per annum, plus a discretionary bonus scheme; OTE £45,000

  • Role is mainly office-based, Monday - Friday, but scope to move to hybrid working 4 days office, one day home, after successful probation (3 months)
