At The Bigger Brand, we make brands bigger. We’re a full-service marketing agency that lives and breathes the dental industry. From nationwide dental chains to boutique clinics, we help practices grow their presence, fill their appointment books, and look great doing it. Our team of creatives, strategists, and digital wizards specialise in social media, websites, Google Ads, content creation and enough dental puns to last a lifetime.

If you want to work with a fun, fast-moving team where ideas are encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and every day is different – you’re in the right place.

Role Description:

We’re looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor who knows their way around a camera and a good hook for a viral Instagram reel. This isn’t a behind-the-desk, edit-all-day kind of gig (although there’s some of that too). We need someone who’s confident being on-site at dental clinics, shooting everything from before-and-after smile transformations to behind-the-scenes team culture content. You’ll help us create bold, scroll-stopping videos that make people say, “Wait… is this a dentist?!”

What You’ll Do:

  • Head on-site to shoot patient stories, dental treatments, and clinic life
  • Set up and operate video equipment, lighting, and sound
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Add captions, music, transitions and other touches that bring content to life
  • Work closely with our creative team to plan content that’s fun, informative, and highly engaging
  • Keep things on brand – and on time

You’re Perfect For This If You:

  • Have great video production and editing skills
  • Know your way around a camera and lighting setup
  • Can take a creative brief and turn it into something special
  • Have a good eye, great instincts, and a borderline obsessive attention to detail
  • Are highly organised, responsive, and can handle a few projects at once
  • Enjoy working independently but also love being part of a creative team
  • Can handle being in a dental clinic without fainting

Bonus points if you’ve worked in digital marketing or know your way around a social media grid.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience shooting healthcare or commercial content
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
  • A portfolio that shows off your storytelling, style, and editing flair
  • A good sense of humour – we take our work seriously, but not ourselves

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

  • We’re a tight-knit team who love what we do and support each other
  • You’ll work with clients who genuinely appreciate creativity
  • Every shoot is different – you’ll never be stuck doing the same thing twice
  • We pay on time, communicate clearly, and never ghost

If you’re ready to shoot, edit, laugh, and create work that genuinely helps people feel good about their smiles — we want to hear from you. Send us your portfolio, CV, and a quick note telling us what makes you tick.
