Who We Are
The Bigger Brand isn’t your typical marketing agency. We work as growth partners with our clients, focusing on what actually matters, leads, bookings, and revenue. No vanity metrics, no fluff. We specialise heavily in performance marketing, particularly within industries like dental, helping practices generate consistent, high-quality enquiries through paid media, content, SEO, and CRM systems. We don’t work with everyone. We work with businesses we know we can genuinely grow, and we expect the same level of intent from our team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Paid Media Account Manager to support the execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta and Google. This is a junior role, but it’s not a “sit back and watch” position. You’ll be working on real client accounts from day one, learning how campaigns are actually built, tested, and scaled based on performance. If you’re serious about getting into paid media and want hands-on experience (not just watching YouTube tutorials), you’ll fit in well here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the setup and management of campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Helping plan campaigns properly, including:
- Audience targeting
- Budget allocation
- Offer positioning
- Funnel structure
- Tracking what actually matters:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Conversion rates
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Assisting with A/B testing (creatives, copy, audiences)
- Working with the team to improve lead quality - not just increase volume
- Supporting reporting and client updates
What You Need
- A solid understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Examples of campaigns you’ve worked on, studied, or tested yourself
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation
- Attention to detail (this matters more than you think)
- Good communication and organisation
- Willingness to learn fast and take feedback
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience with landing pages or website builders (WordPress, Elementor)
- SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with CRMs and lead tracking
- Copywriting skills for ads
What We’re Actually Looking For
- Someone proactive - not waiting to be told what to do
- Comfortable looking at numbers and figuring out what’s working (and what isn’t)
- Takes ownership, even at a junior level
- Genuinely interested in marketing, not just “a job in marketing”
Salary
£24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
Clear progression opportunities as you develop within the role.
Why Join The Bigger Brand
You’ll work on real campaigns - not just shadowing someone for 6 months. You’ll learn how performance marketing actually works (not theory). Clear progression into a senior role if you prove yourself. Small team, high standards, no passengers.
How to Apply
When applying, include an example of a campaign you’ve analysed or worked on. This can be a live client campaign, a personal project, or something you’ve broken down and reviewed yourself. Send your CV & example of your work to May the odds be forever in your favour.
