To be successful for this position, you will:
- Be currently working as a Sous Chef.
- Preferably have experience in oriental / pan-Asian cuisine (but not essential as full training will be given).
- Receive full support to understand our standard operating procedures and business ethics.
- Thrive on quality and discipline in the kitchen.
- Possess people management skills and a good level of English (spoken and written).
Full training and development program will be put in place for the successful candidate.
