We are a fresh and exciting South-East Asian chain of restaurants bringing exotic street food flavour to the high street for over 30 years. Now part of the hugely successful Big Table group (which includes Las Iguana, Bella Italia, Amalfi, and Frankie and Bennys). To be successful for this position, you will:

  • Be currently working as a Sous Chef.
  • Preferably have experience in oriental / pan-Asian cuisine (but not essential as full training will be given).
  • Receive full support to understand our standard operating procedures and business ethics.
  • Work in a clean-running kitchen that produces high quality dishes consistently.
  • Participate in a full training and development program.
  • Be a motivated individual who thrives on quality and discipline in the kitchen.
  • Possess people management skills and a good level of English (spoken and written).
