We’re on the lookout for a Campaign Manager! Do you love creating standout campaigns that connect with guests and drive real commercial impact? We’re looking for someone to lead the development and delivery of insight-led marketing campaigns across our brands, helping to grow guest numbers and strengthen our brand presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery. You’ll shape campaign ideas, plan key moments across the year, and ensure campaigns land brilliantly in our restaurants and across all marketing channels. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop clear annual and quarterly campaign plans across our brand
  • Identify key guest occasions and opportunities for growth
  • Use guest data, feedback and market insights to shape campaign ideas
  • Turn insights into clear campaign briefs for creative and marketing teams
  • Develop strong campaign platforms that align with each brand’s positioning
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across paid, owned and in‑restaurant channels
  • Work closely with the Trading Manager to align long‑term campaign plans with short‑term trading activity
  • Collaborate with Brand Directors, Operations, Food and Insight teams to ensure campaigns are operationally deliverable
  • Measure campaign performance and apply learnings to improve future activity
  • Ensure campaigns contribute to sustainable sales growth, increased covers and guest frequency
  • Act as an ambassador for The Big Table Group and our brands

  • Strong experience in marketing or campaign management
  • Ability to turn insights and data into compelling campaign ideas
  • Strategic thinker who can also deliver campaigns operationally
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
