About the Role
Do you love creating standout campaigns that connect with guests and drive real commercial impact? We're looking for a Campaign Manager to lead the development and delivery of insight‑led marketing campaigns across our brands, helping to grow guest numbers and strengthen our brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the planning and delivery of brand campaigns that drive guest growth and support long‑term brand development.
- Develop clear annual and quarterly campaign plans across our brand.
- Identify key guest occasions and opportunities for growth.
- Use guest data, feedback and market insights to shape campaign ideas.
- Turn insights into clear campaign briefs for creative and marketing teams.
- Develop strong campaign platforms that align with each brand's positioning.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across paid, owned and in‑restaurant channels.
- Work closely with the Trading Manager to align long‑term campaign plans with short‑term trading activity.
- Collaborate with Brand Directors, Operations, Food and Insight teams to ensure campaigns are operationally deliverable.
- Measure campaign performance and apply learnings to improve future activity.
- Ensure campaigns contribute to sustainable sales growth, increased covers and guest frequency.
- Act as an ambassador for The Big Table Group and our brands.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in marketing or campaign management.
- Ability to turn insights and data into compelling campaign ideas.
- Strategic thinker who can also deliver campaigns operationally.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of how campaigns drive sales performance.
