Las Iguanas is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen and deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.
You’ll own the kitchen from line to service, develop talent, drive clean, safe, and consistent standards, and balance creativity with cost control to maximise profitability.
You'll mentor cooks, manage stock and labour, and work closely with the General Manager to build a kitchen team that's proud of what they deliver.
