About the Role
Join Our South American Adventure as a Chef / Chef De Partie / Grill Chef. At Las Iguanas, our kitchens bring the heat. Inspired by the bold flavours and vibrant cultures of Latin America, we’re all about food, fast pace and big personality, and our Chef de Parties play a key role in keeping the fiesta flowing. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently great food while working alongside a high-energy kitchen team. You’ll lead by example during busy services, support junior team members, and help keep standards high across prep, cooking and presentation.
What You’ll Do
- Organise, coordinate and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to produce delicious dishes to specification.
- Lead by example—coach, nurture and develop junior team members.
- Show off your knife skills and experience.
- Maintain a spotless kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
