About This Role

We’re not just looking for another person to post content. We need someone who knows how to grow an audience, track what’s working, and drive engagement and conversions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop monthly social strategies focused on reach, engagement, and sales
  • Analyse post and ad performance to guide the content team
  • Plan campaigns around offers, blog content, and customer stories
  • Manage scheduling tools, hashtags, and posting times for best results
  • Report results weekly and refine based on data
  • Identify growth opportunities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

YOU WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING CONTENT, AS WE HAVE A DEDICATED CONTENT PRODUCER FOR THAT. YOUR ROLE WILL FOCUS ON STRATEGY, ENSURING THAT OUR EFFORTS DELIVER A STRONG RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

What You Need

  • Experience growing a brand account (please share results)
  • Deep understanding of content analytics and social KPIs
  • Strategic thinking: what to post, when, and why
  • Ability to collaborate with creatives and brief content clearly
  • Strong understanding of organic vs paid content, and how to optimise both

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of refurbished tech or e‑commerce
  • Experience using GA4, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and scheduling tools
