The Role:

• We\’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re-lamination or reglassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality.

• You\’ll be part of a high-volume, production-line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re-lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or reglassing.

• Work effectively in a production-line setting to meet quality and output targets.

• Train and mentor junior or entry-level technicians.

• Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs.

• Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required).

• Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics refurbishment.

• Confidence working in one or more key stages of a 10-step production process.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

• Ability to train, guide, and motivate others.

• A humble, team-focused attitude — no egos, just collaboration and growth.

Salary & Progression

• £30,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience and ability to train others.
