As our Mobile Phone Category Manager, you’ll manage one of our most important categories, covering refurbished and new smartphones from leading brands like Apple, Samsung, Google, and more. This role is high-impact, fast-moving, and core to our success.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage inventory and grow our phone listings
• Analyse market trends, identify gaps or trends
• Forecast demand and plan seasonal sales or promotions
• Monitor and manage pricing to stay competitive and profitable
• Ensure stock is balanced, not over- or undersupplied
• Order products in line with sales trends and stock levels
• Use data to track which products are selling, what isn’t, and why
• Analyse customer behaviour and competitor activity
• Adjust strategy based on real-time performance
What You Need:
• Passion for phones and strong product knowledge
• Experience managing mobile devices or consumer electronics – preferred
• A commercial mindset with a firm grasp of pricing and product trends
