We’re looking for a passionate gaming category manager to lead our console and gaming product lines at The Big Phone Store. From PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo to accessories, you will own this category, making sure we’re stocked, priced right and listed correctly.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage inventory
• Analyse market trends, identify gaps or trends
• Forecast demand and plan seasonal sales or promotions
• Monitor and manage pricing to stay competitive and profitable
• Ensure stock is balanced, not over- or undersupplied
• Order products in line with sales trends and stock levels
• Use data to track which products are selling, what isn’t, and why
• Analyse customer behaviour and competitor activity
• Adjust strategy based on real-time performance
What You Need:
• Passion for gaming consoles and strong product knowledge
• Experience managing gaming or electronic stock categories – preferred
• A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of pricing and product trends
