The Role:
As a CRM executive on our marketing team, you\’ll lead the enhancement of customer engagement, drive retention, and manage data-driven campaigns that build long-lasting relationships with our customers. You\’ll have the autonomy to create, execute and optimise CRM strategies, leveraging customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences and improve customer loyalty. This is a crucial role in shaping the way we connect with our customers, and you\’ll be at the heart of the action!

• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer touchpoints are seamless and consistent.
• Monitor campaign performance, assess customer feedback and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest CRM tools, technologies and best practices to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
