Responsibilities
- Lead in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention and managing data-driven campaigns that build long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Create, execute and optimise CRM strategies, leveraging customer insights and data to deliver personalised experiences and improve customer loyalty.
- Manage and analyse customer data to create personalised and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Segment customer audiences and deliver targeted communications across multiple channels (email, SMS, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to ensure customer touchpoints are seamless and consistent.
- Monitor campaign performance, assess customer feedback and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM tools, technologies and best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
