Now, we’re expanding our category management team, and you could be the one to take our laptop and PC range to the next level.
As our Laptop & PC Category Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our growing range of Windows laptops, desktops, MacBooks, and iMacs. From inventory management and pricing to market analysis and promotions, you’ll be the driving force ensuring our category is competitive, profitable, and customer-focused. If you’re passionate about tech and know how to turn products into bestsellers, this role puts you at the heart of our strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of laptops, desktops, and Apple computers.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring we’re never under- or over-supplied.
- Analyse market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to balance profitability with competitiveness.
- Forecast demand and plan seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Track performance data to understand what sells, what doesn’t, and why.
- Use insights into customer behaviour to adjust strategies in real time.
- Collaborate with wider teams to maximise growth across channels.
What You Need
- Passion for technology and strong product knowledge in laptops/PCs/Apple devices.
- Experience managing a tech retail category (preferred but not essential).
- A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of pricing, promotions, and product trends.
- Data-driven approach, with confidence analysing and acting on insights.
- Initiative and creativity to spot opportunities and solve problems fast.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Interest in emerging tech (e.g. AI PCs, student laptops, hybrid work devices).
