- Research and identify potential corporate partners, prospects, and decision-makers
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and social outreach
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders across industries
- Deliver tailored pitches and proposals that highlight the value of partnering with The Big Phone Store
- Manage the full outreach cycle: from prospecting and first contact through to onboarding new partners
- Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every opportunity is tracked and progressed
- Work closely with internal teams to create customised solutions for potential clients
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry forums as an ambassador for our values and mission
