The Role
We’re looking for someone confident and friendly to join our outreach team. This role is all about building connections, with new leads and existing contacts. You’ll be the voice of our brand, keeping conversations flowing and helping people see the value of what we do.
What You'll Do
- Making calls (cold & warm) to businesses and individuals
- Using our CRM to track leads and follow up
- Checking in with contacts regularly — even if they don’t need us right away
- Talking about our services (repairs, recycling, refurbished tech, parts)
- Building long-term relationships that keep us top of mind
- Supporting the marketing team with customer insights
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable talking on the phone and starting conversations
- Organised — able to track leads and manage follow-ups
- Interested in learning about our services (training provided)
- A people-person who can build trust over time
- Self-motivated and reliable in a full-time onsite role
