The Role
Mobile Phone Repair Technician – Re‑lamination / Reglassing Specialist. 37.5‑hour week. Full visa sponsorship under the UK Skilled Worker Scheme available if required.
- Looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re‑lamination or reglassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality.
- Part of a high‑volume, production‑line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re‑lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or reglassing.
- Work effectively in a production‑line setting to meet quality and output targets.
- Train and mentor junior or entry‑level technicians.
- Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs.
- Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required).
- Suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.

- Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics refurbishment.
- Confidence working in one or more key stages of a 10‑step production process.
