Entry Level Ecommerce Assistant
Full Time. Monday to Friday
Wednesfield, Wolverhampton
£24,500 – £28,000

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Assistant / Administrator. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our online retail business, ensuring smooth functionality across various digital platforms.

No prior experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, a proactive approach, and an interest in technology. If you’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Upload and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms.
  2. Ensure product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  3. Maintain product catalogs, including pricing, images, and inventory updates.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  5. Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and shipping queries.
  6. Provide helpful product recommendations and support.
  7. Assist with general administrative tasks related to e-commerce.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
