Salary £24,000 – £75,000 dependent upon experience

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, building and fostering strong relationships with our clients, with the full support of our wider sales team. You’ll identify new opportunities, shape and execute growth strategies, and work to expand our client base while deepening existing partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to the business’s long-term success, sustainability, and profitability. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Promote the organisation’s products and services, adapting the offering to suit individual customer requirements
  • Provide reliable post-sale support and gather client feedback to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, customer interactions, and invoices
  • Support Sales Executives and senior management with day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives, as required
