Big Issue Invest is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide key financial administration support, working closely with the Accounts Manager to manage both loan and fund portfolios.
- Maintain accurate record‑keeping and ensure timely updates.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and investments, including collecting and verifying KYC documentation and supporting due diligence processes.
- Maintain and update portfolio management systems; prepare routine correspondence and respond to client queries.
- Support monitoring of existing investments by tracking key milestones, repayments, covenants, and impact metrics.
- Collaborate with the wider investment team, assisting the Investment Manager and Accounts Manager with risk and performance assessments as required.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical aptitude and extensive experience using Excel.
- Background in a financial environment and/or a relevant degree or financial qualification.
- Understanding of confidentiality protocols in a financial context.
- Candidate eager to pursue a career in social finance is welcome.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £28,000 per annum.

Location & Working Arrangements
