These are hands-on roles in a premium dining environment, leading from the floor and supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, private dining and events β all within a truly unique conservation setting.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (set straight 8-hour shifts between 07:30-22:00, worked either Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
