These are hands-on roles in a premium dining environment, leading from the floor and supporting guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, private dining and events within a conservation setting.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with set 8-hour shifts between 07:30 and 22:00, on a Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu pattern.
