Big C's King’s Lynn shop is looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a busy team of staff and volunteers, delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising donated stock value and store presentation in the heart of town.
You will support the Shop Manager, recruit and train volunteers, help meet income targets, coordinate furniture collections, and foster a welcoming, community-focused shopping environment that supports Big C's cancer charity work.
