Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? The Big Biscuit Company is a successful and growing pet treat manufacturer based in Bordon, and we're looking for an Office Manager to become a key member of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing finance administration, HR support and general office management while working in a friendly manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing customer orders and raising invoices
  • Managing credit control
  • Supporting HR administration for factory staff
  • Managing holiday records and issuing payslips
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining office operations
  • Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls
  • Checking and filing production paperwork
  • Providing general administrative support across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Previous office management or senior administration experience
