We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Sales, Events & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our venues through engaging marketing, student outreach and event promotion.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to start or develop their career in hospitality sales, events and marketing within a fast-paced nightlife environment.

This is also a part-time position, with opportunities for overtime.

Flexibility is essential, as the role will require evening work for events and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Social Media
  • Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content
  • Create weekly content plans and help grow our online presence
  • Keep event listings and “What’s On” information up to date
  • Capture photo and video content across venues
  • Student & Local Engagement
  • Drive student footfall through targeted promotions
  • Recruit and support student promoters
  • Build relationships with local sports teams and societies
  • Assist the Events & Marketing manager in promoting events and increasing attendance
  • Support the planning and delivery of weekly events
  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing activity
  • Marketing Administration
  • Conduct basic market research and identify new promotional opportunities
  • Ensure marketing materials and promotions are consistent across venues
