Something Extraordinary Every Day
As ourPersonal Shopperyou will deliver “an above and beyond” bespoke experience to each guest to help them with their shopping requirements. They are available to recommend product using their in-depth knowledge from the range of international brands within the Village that is suitable and meets the client’s needs, often introducing brands/items that the client would never have viewed if shopping alone.
You will deliver high quality of customer service to all clients and continually seeking to expand our client list, whilst partnering with brands to assist in increasing their sales.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Bring and develop their own Personal Shopping client base by nurturing existing clients, introduce new clients and support colleagues as well as getting referrals
- Awareness of your individual and departmental target, you will work to achieve both your individual sales targets and the wider business KPI’s
- Participate in and organise VIP visits both in the Village and offsite if required
- Deliver an exceptional service using individual customer profiles to provide personal recommendations, demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client\’s style and requirements
- Find ways to build loyal client relationships and increase client spend by understanding their needs and upselling

- Previous Personal Shopping or stylist experience and an established client base is essential.

- Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, products and a good sense of what styles suit clients.
