The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As our HR Coordinator you will act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing expert guidance and operational support across the full employee lifecycle. You will also provide key coordination support to the wider HR team. This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village 1 or 2 days a week.

About the role

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

  • Manage critical end-to-end transactional administration for the areas you will support.
  • Manage the administration of the onboarding process for your functional areas, ensuring a seamless experience for new starters, including systems access, equipment coordination, benefits and payroll set-up, and induction preparation.
  • Take ownership of the payroll input, benefits, and pension administration processes, liaising with payroll providers and benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Guide and coach managers on performance management, absence, probation, and general employee well-being in line with UK employment law and company policy.

Role requirements

What makes you special:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR Coordinator-level role.
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR policies.
  • Comfortable advising employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Highly organised and able to manage administrative and coordination duties across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong ability to maintain and update trackers, HR systems, and employee records with accuracy.
