As our Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the visual presentation of the village and our brand partners, delivering innovative, engaging and commercial visual campaigns, to ensure an exciting and memorable experience for our guests. With a focus on brand identity and authenticity, you will collaborate with our brand partners to drive commerciality and visual excellence in window styling and floor merchandising standards, whilst creating compelling and engaging in-village touchpoints to surprise and delight our guests.
It combines creativity and commerciality, innovation and ingenuity, working collaboratively with other village functions to deliver key business goals and objectives. You will present a high and consistent standard of visual and commercial displays, collaborating with the local teams to maximise guest engagement and commercial opportunities in Bicester Village. You will work as part of the Visual Merchandising team, reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising.
Role requirements
- A minimum of 3-years’ experience in a visual merchandising or fashion stylist role
- Excellent window dressing and styling skills, with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
- A strong commercial background, with the ability to analyse commercial reports and identify opportunities to deliver engaging, creative and commercial window and in-store displays for our brand partners.
- Solid project management skills, with experience in seeing projects through from ideation to realisation.
- A creative mindset, with the skills and confidence to introduce new and innovative ideas to enhance our guest experience.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
