What\’s the role about?

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead by example and inspire the in-store team to exceed targets, deliver exceptional service, and bring the REISS brand to life for every customer. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the store leadership team in cultivating a culture of passion, professionalism, and pride.

  • Act as a brand storyteller, helping the team fully understand and embody our identity and ways of working.

  • Keep cool under pressure while maintaining a calm, solution-focused atmosphere.
  • Ensure every team member lives and breathes our values in every customer interaction.
  • Maintain a flawless store environment with attention to silent service, presentation, and cleanliness that reflects our premium standards.
  • Share key company updates, brand news, and initiatives to keep the team in the know and inspired.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships by guiding the team to deliver warm, personalized service — turning one-time shoppers into loyal brand fans.
  • Keep the team ahead of the curve with knowledge of trends, product stories, fabric innovation, and styling direction.
  • Understand and drive performance — from store KPIs to sales targets — and support the team in achieving their personal goals.
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate with purpose, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
  • Own your department\’s success and make decisions that elevate performance.
  • Set clear expectations for the team and explain the impact of their roles on the bigger picture.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to keep the store running smoothly and compliantly.
