The Role: Client Advisor
At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a full-time Mandarin speaker Client Advisor to join our Bicester Outlet store.
Overview:
- Responsibilities:
- PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Has strong knowledge of the collection
- Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
- BUSINESS
- Drives sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
- Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling
- OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment/transfer activities
- Supports the maintenance of the store's visual merchandising standards
- May have opening and closing responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales roles
- Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus
- Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts
- Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to evolve in the organisation
- Fluency & sophistication in English and in Mandarin Chinese
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
