As Senior Retail Analyst, you will lead and manage central retail projects linked to key growth initiatives, providing insight‑driven recommendations that support brand performance and commercial decision‑making across all European Villages.
- Lead and manage Central Projects within Growth Initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting key commercial moments across EU Villages.
- Provide retail trends and business insights to drive short‑ and mid‑term brand performance.
- Partner closely with Brand partners to support mutual growth, attending meetings and following up on actions across the Collection.
- Support business planning, sales forecasts and long‑term strategy for Central Retail Brands.
- Analyse brand mix, positioning, categories and segmentation to inform commercial decisions.
- Conduct cluster and category analysis to identify revenue and growth opportunities.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality reporting using standard tools and Power BI platforms.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Leasing, Finance, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality and Village teams.
Role requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a retail analyst or commercial analytics role, with strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven experience translating data and insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
- Experience working with retail brands and building effective internal and external partnerships.
- Solid understanding of brand performance, category dynamics and retail trends.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools, ideally including Power BI.
- Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working across markets and teams.
