Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.
The role is responsible for delivering the private client's event and programming plan. You'll have a solid understanding of the luxury consumer marketplace, be brilliantly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be a creatively thinking problem solver.
Location: Bicester Village, Office-based role
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing high-end events, VIC experiences, or private client programmes, with a strong network across luxury, hospitality, or premium retail.
- Skilled at managing budgets, evaluating ROI, communication and juggling multiple events simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Confident securing strategic partnerships and managing stakeholders, with experience engaging HNW or UHNW audiences.
- A proactive, creative approach to delivering outstanding experiences, backed by a background in client acquisition and retention initiatives.
