We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship‑focused Business Development Manager to accelerate the conversion of high‑spending international visitors to Bicester Village. This is a maternity cover role starting April 2026. You will be required to work from our Bicester Village offices twice a week and out visiting our partners (typically in London) twice a week.

About the role:

  • Build strong, multi‑level relationships.
  • Develop targeted partnership strategies.
  • Deliver measurable commercial growth by activating partners across travel, hospitality, and international visitor channels, working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing an allocated portfolio of commercial partners.
  • Developing and executing tailored partnership strategies.
  • Identifying and onboarding new partners.
  • Creating joint offers, experiences, and campaigns that enhance the customer journey.

Role requirements:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in partnership sales, or business development within travel, hospitality or tourism.
  • Experience working with luxury hotels, airlines, tourism boards, or travel trade organisations.
  • Familiarity with key international markets such as the Middle East, India, and the United States.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive growth and conversion.
