As our Personal Shopping Coordinator at Bicester Village for our Personal Shopping team, you will play a key role in delivering seamless, personalised luxury shopping experiences across both virtual and in‑village channels. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment, has a strong passion for luxury fashion and service excellence, and enjoys building meaningful client and brand relationships.
About the role
- You will manage virtual consultations, curated shopping requests and bespoke client journeys.
- You will be responsible for coordinating client requests across multiple channels.
- You will develop strong, collaborative relationships with brand partners.
- You will support personal shoppers with both virtual and in‑village appointments.
- You will contribute to the achievement of individual and business KPIs.
Role requirements
- You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience within luxury retail, hospitality or a client‑focused environment.
- You will bring strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to engage clients and brand partners effectively.
- You will have a good level of commercial awareness and digital competence, including use of CRM tools such as Salesforce and confidence using social media to support sales.
- You will demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury fashion, trends and service excellence, with an inclusive, thoughtful and guest‑centric approach.
